Bio:

I have always worked in this Inn. I was born in it actually, in one of the upstairs rooms. It was quite different back then. You see my father was a very uptight, religious type. Oh! he would roll over in his grave if he were to see the place now…Well the closed off areas at least. Back in those days Dickreuter’s was a place a family could find a good meal and a comfortable room to rest. There was not bar either in those days, what is now the bar area was the breakfast buffet. Dad did like to show off like we were a wealthy bunch and well I guess we might have been if he had not lost so much money on the buffet. But oh was it popular, the only one in the city.

But I digress. I inherited Dickrueter’s after my father died. My mother went shortly after due to poor health. Sometime after I began to make some changes, small at first but over time has added up to an almost completely different place. Oh it looks the same the same from the outside. Even the common areas are roughly unchanged. Travelers can still find a place to rest and the food is still my mothers receipts.

The real changes are the bar and what happens in the basement and the top floor. The bar is even more popular that the breakfast buffet and makes money rather then loses it. Though we still do the buffet on Sundays when I can’t sale alcohol, well legally rather. The top floor, well thats were the “gentlemen” can go let off some steam and find a rather pleasurable time, if we get my drift. Of course I have to be careful and not let just anyone up there. Most people don’t have a clue and thats the way I like it. The basement you ask? Well thats just the laundry room and storage ;)

My trusty assistant Pam runs the place when i’m away. She also helps in find new…entertainment. hahaha She is very good at recruiting.
